Halle Berry toma acciones legales contra paparazzi
Halle Berry ha tomado acciones legales contra un paparazzi que fue demasiado lejos al entrar en el jardín de su residencia a tomar fotos de ella cargando a su hija Nahla Ariela. El abogado de la actriz ganadora de un Oscar dijo que introdujeron una denuncia y las investigaciones están en curso. Halle se molestó muchísimo cuando las fotos de su hija recién nacida aparecieron en internet y en los tabloides semanales: In Touch Weekly y Life & Style Weekly. En las fotos se puede ver a Halle cargando a su bebita Nahla junto a una mesa en lo que parece un jardín privado. La Madre de Halle también aparece en esas fotos. Además de las acciones legales contra el fotógrafo, la actriz quiere que dichas fotos sean retiradas de la internet, incluso afirmó que jamás venderá fotos de su hija. Halle Berry quiere que sepan a todos los que usaron esas fotos que fueron tomadas indebidamente. Una cosa es que los Paps tomen fotos de las celebs caminando en las calles o sitios públicos y otra muy diferente es que traspasen propiedad privada para ver qué hacen dentro de sus propias casas. Por parte de los tabloides semanales, un vocero expresó que no tenían conocimiento de que esas fotos habían sido tomadas indebidamente. Halle Berry says a paparazzi photographer went too far to get a shot of the actress holding her infant daughter, trespassing onto her private property and snapping them hanging out in the backyard. The actress was upset when pictures of her holding four-month-old Nahla Ariela Aubry showed up on the Internet and in two celebrity magazines. In Touch Weekly and Life & Style Weekly both published the photos in editions that landed on newsstands this week. The photos, some of which have blurred leaves in the foreground, show Berry holding her daughter, standing near a table in what appears to be a private backyard. Berry’s mother is also in some of the pictures. Besides pursuing criminal charges against the photographer, Berry is seeking to get the photos removed from the Web. In her statement to The Associated Press, Berry said she will never sell pictures of her children. The magazines are not aware that there was anything improper in the taking of this image , said a spokerpeson wrote in an e-mail.
