Tony Parker demanda a agencia por la noticia de infidelidad

Tony Parker, el esposo de Eva Longoria ha demandado a X17, la agencia de fotos de celebridades que publicó la noticia y "supuestos mensajes de texto" que alegaban que le había sido infiel a su esposa Eva Longoria, con una modelo francesa. Esta accion legal busca al menos 20 millones de dólares. La agencia de fotos de celebridades publicó la noticia de que la modelo Alessandra Pleassant tuvo un romance con Tony Parker por alrededor de dos meses. La molestia es que la agencia no tuvo la delicadeza de verificar la historia con ninguno de los representantes de Longoria o Parker. La demanda dice que "Tony Parker jamás tuvo relaciones sexuales con ninguna mujer llamada Alesandra Pleassant." Doh! Tony Parker, Eva Longoria's hubby, has sued x17 for the infidelity news. The lawsuit filed by Tony Parker against x17 that published reports and text messages alleging that he cheated on Eva Longoria. In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Parker alleges X17 defamed him, claiming, "X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source." Tony Parker seems particularly pissed that X17 never sought to "verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives or….anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations." The suit states, "Tony Parker has never had sexual relations with a woman named Alexandra Paressant." The suit seeks at least $20 million.
